For all bookings, whether online or by telephone or email, the same cancellation policy and rules apply.
For these bookings (min. 3 nights) no amount will be charged but a credit card is required to guarantee the spot.
For cancellations 14 to 8 days prior to check-in, guests will be charged for the first night.
For cancellations 7 days before check-in, guests will be charged the full amount.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. The credit card will only be used to guarantee the reservation and no amount will be charged prior to arrival, except those expressly stated in the price list.
The reservation will be considered valid only after a payment of 30% is made by bank transfer or another form of payment, such as credit card. The deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made after the booking.
Bookings of 7 or more days can be cancelled up to thirty days before arrival, those of more than 14 days can be cancelled up to 60 days before arrival. For cancellations after the maximum deadline or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
